Return & Refund Policy

At  BYP Labs AU, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or refrigerated products.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was sent
  • The order is missing items

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and products provided.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • Your parcel is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier
  • We are unable to fulfil your order

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or failure to read product descriptions prior to purchase.

Shipping Issues

Once parcels are handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, we will always do our best to assist customers with tracking and shipping support.
